To add the 2016 United States Golf Association Amateur Championship to a law that authorizes special national sporting event liquor licenses, which allow the sale of liquor in designated theme areas related to the event. Other events granted this privilege include the baseball 2005 all-star game, the 2006 Super Bowl, the NCAA Final Four in 2008, and others.
