Exempt business from gun injury liability unless it bans guns

To establish that the possessor of property that is open to the public for business or commercial purposes is not liable for injury or loss to someone on the property if caused by another individual's use of a firearm. However, the immunity would not apply if “No Guns Allowed” signs are posted.
