Revise criminal record expungement rules

To revise the grounds for seeking to have a criminal record of juvenile offenses expunged from a person’s record. The bill would require a court to automatically remove from the record an offense that was not an assaultive crime, did not involve a weapon, or does not carry a maximum penalty of 10 years or more.
