Allow less than unlimited auto crash injury insurance

To allow auto insurance companies to offer policies in which the personal injury protection (PIP) coverage is less than the mandatory unlimited coverage now provided by the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association. Also, to establish limits on the reimbursements paid for long term “attendant care” provided under the no fault insurance law’s mandatory unlimited medical coverage, and expand the duties of a state automobile theft prevention authority to include insurance fraud.
