Criminalize sex between clergy and person seeking guidance

To criminalize sexual contact by a member of the clergy with a person seeking religious or spiritual advice in a single meeting or during ongoing meetings for that purpose. The bill would define this as third- or fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, and would disallow consent as a defense.
