Revise notice to absconder’s bail provider

To revise details of the notice that is sent to a person who posts a recognizance “surety” (bail) for an individual charged with a crime who then fails to appear in court. The bill would allow the notice to be sent by first class mail, or delivered in person to the last known business address of the person who provided the surety.
