Require foster parents keep guns locked up

To place in statute a requirement that individuals who serve as foster care parents to keep their firearms securely locked up when not in use, and also permit a foster care parent to carry to carry a firearm on his or her person while in the presence of a foster child. The bill would also prohibit officials from requiring a foster parent to turn over confidential firearm information.
