Require judges give “fully informed jury” instructions

To require a court that is hearing a criminal case to fully inform the jury of its authority to find the defendant not guilty if the facts of the case would make a guilty verdict unjust, even if the state has proved all of the elements of the offense charged beyond a reasonable doubt.
