Ban ISDs from restricting charter schools students from career training

To prohibit Intermediate School Districts from requiring charter schools to use other services or programs provided by the local ISD as a prerequisite for their students participating in a ISD Career and Technical Education program. A 2007 law requires ISDs to allow charter school and nonpublic school students to access these programs to the same extent as students of conventional school districts in the ISD’s territory.
