Revise process for disclosing police firing to other agencies

To revise a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2017-sB-223">2017 law</a> establishing a police agency process and liability exemption for disclosing information to another agency about a formerly-employed officer who may have been fired. The bill would require copies of the information to be sent upon request to a Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards for the purpose of determining compliance with licensing standards and procedures.
