To revise details of which information must be released under a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2017-sB-223">2017 law</a> that established a process and liability exemption for police agencies disclosing information to another agency about a formerly-employed officer who may have been fired. The bill clarifies potential conflicts with a separate state "employee right to know" law.
