Revise liquor control regulatory regime details

To expand the definition of “wine” in state law to also apply to apple cider, meaning cider makers would subject to the same regulations as wine. Senate Bill 1172 would expand this further by applying the definition of cider to pear cider and mead. The bill also adds the definition and rules for “tasting room” proposed by Senate Bill 1154 to the state liquor control code.
