Revise rules for license plate discount on wheelchair transport van

To revise a law that authorizes a 50 percent discount in the annual vehicle registration (license plate) tax for a van that is used to transport a household member’s wheelchair. The bill would expand this to any vehicles that have a permanently-installed wheelchair lift, or ones that have the usual driver’s foot pedals replaced with hand controls.
