Require gubernatorial appointees disclose lobbying

To require that an individual who has been a lobbyist within the past 10 years and is appointed to a governmental body by the governor must disclose the name, address, and nature of business of every person who paid the individual to lobby, and require the Secretary of State to post this on the internet.
