Mitigate potential insurance agent license infractions

To create an exception for actions by an insurance agent (“insurance producer”) that potentially violates license law provisions. The bill would establish a rebuttable presumption that a violation did not occur if the agent submits a signed disclosure “that accurately summarizes the transaction with the insurance producer for any insurance or noninsurance product”.
