Revise counselors licensure mandate details

To revise details related to the state license mandate imposed on professional “counselors.” The bill would establish that for purposes of meeting a licensure requirement of “two years of counseling experience,” up to 1,000 hours of “supervised counseling experience” while completing a master's degree would also work.
