To require search warrants to state whether an officer executing the warrant is authorized to enter the building by force, and to determine in advance whether to knock and announce their presence and purpose, and also to announce their authority and purpose before breaking in. The bill would also ban using flash-bangs, stun guns or similar distraction devices in no-knock warrants, and more.
