Require "school safety commission" report to legislature

To revise a <a href="https://www.michiganvotes.org/2018-HB-5828">2018 law</a> that authorized creating a state school safety commission and comprehensive school safety plan, by requiring this entity to issue a comprehensive report on its findings. Among the required contents would be reporting on efforts to assess "pre-incident indicators of possible future incidents of school violence," including an individual's "statements, social media posts, artwork or drawings, and other behavioral indicators or self-expressions that may be a warning sign of a future incidence of school violence".
