To require as a condition of the compact that the Gun Lake tribe waive sovereign immunity and consent to lawsuits arising out of the ownership, operation or conduct of the casino; to regulation, inspection and licensing of persons involved in caino, subject to the standards of the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act; and that the land, buildings and operation of the caino be subject to all Michigan laws and local ordinances.
