To add district, circuit and appeals court judges to the list of persons who are authorized to administer the oath of office to legislators. Under current law, the oath may be administered by a justice of the supreme court, the lieutenant governor, the President Pro Tempore of the State Senate, or the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
