To give local governments the power to ban alcohol sales on Sunday morning before noon. Under current law as amended by a <A href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2010-HB-6224">2010 bill</A>, a local can ban alcohol sales all day Sunday, but can't ban them for just Sunday morning.
