To replace a law called the “uniform fraudulent transfer act” with a new version called the “uniform voidable transactions act.” This reflects <a href="http://www.uniformlawcommission.com/Act.aspx?title=Voidable%20Transactions%20Act%20Amendments%20(2014)%20-%20Formerly%20Fraudulent%20Transfer%20Act">a model</a> created by a national Uniform Law Commission for “providing remedies for certain transactions by a debtor that are unfair to the debtor’s creditors,” such as transferring property to a relative to place it outside the reach of person with a valid claim.
