To allow an individual, or an individual’s guardian or patient advocate, to sign a “non-opioid directive form” and have this registered on a state website. Doctors and pharmacists would be prohibited from prescribing or dispensing opioid pain relief drugs to an individual named on the website, subject to specific exceptions listed in the bill.
