To terminate the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, and prohibit its “parent” agency, the Michigan Strategic fund, from financing or supporting any further “corporate welfare” activity, including giving subsidies in the form of tax breaks, grants or loans to companies or developers selected by the political appointees on the agency’s board.
