To essentially repeal the law that prohibits law abiding citizens’ from acquiring a pistol without a pistol license. Pistol purchase permit requirements were <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2011-HB-5225">repealed by a 2012 law</a> for purchases from federal firearms dealers, but still apply to purchases from an individual.
