To require identical safety and licensing requirements for farm vehicles and standard passenger vehicles when any farm vehicle is driven at a speed exceeding 25 mph. Present law allows numerous licensing and safety exemptions for farm vehicles and their operators. This proposal would eliminate these exemptions for any farm vehicle that is driven faster that 25 mph.
