To require that Department of Environmental Quality risk standards be redefined so as to take into account gender, and all of the various life stages of human beings, and to evaluate the impact that any toxic dumping or discharge would have on each of those demographics. Would also require that each of these risk groups be evaluated regarding various health factors that could be impacted (central nervous system, reproduction, respiratory, etc…), and to set minimum safety standards accordingly.
