To allow for the taking of two sets of fingerprints when criminal background checks are made on persons seeking employment with a nursing home facility. The individual applicant has the option of requesting a second set of fingerprints from the state police, and the state police would be required to provide the second set at a nominal charge, not to exceed the reasonable cost of collecting the first set of fingerprints.
