To require the receiver of a nursing home that has been placed in receivership by the Department of Consumer and Industry Services to use the personal income and assets of each nursing home owner for the purpose of maintaining the home and rectifying those conditions that have been judged to be threatening to the health and safety of the patients/residents. This bill would also allow the receiver to freeze the assets of the nursing home owners. All of these provisions would be subject to other legal restrictions regarding the seizure and freezing of personal assets.
