To reduce the paperwork requirements for those who wish to build a hazardous waste disposal facility, provided that they can demonstrate sufficient financial solvency. The bill would also raise the application fee from $25,000 to $50,000, and create site review boards empowered to evaluate the proposed (see also HB 4116).
