To regulate and license auctioneers at the state level, and to remove such licensing and regulatory authority from the township and county level of government. The bill would also create, within the Department of Consumer and Industry Services, a board of regulation and licensing for the auctioneering profession. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 4119-4122.
