To require the Office of the Great Lakes to report to the legislature regarding the results of the ballast water regulation pilot program that would be established under HB 4194. Specifically, this report would detail the pilot program’s effectiveness regarding the exclusion of non-native nuisance aquatic species from the Great Lakes region (See HB 4194 and 4248).
