To change the composition of the 11-person state Mobile Home Commission to include three local elected officials, rather than one (one township official, one city or village official, and one county official). To accommodate this change, one of three mobile home park operators would be removed from the commission, as would the specific slot for a member of organized labor. However, one of slots for mobile home park residents would have to be filled by a park resident who is also a member of organized labor.
