To require townships, counties, and cities or villages to notify citizens about zoning or rezoning of land in their jurisdictions. This is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 4441, 4442 and 4443. The package would also increase and expand the range of the advance notice that township and county zoning boards must give of the required hearing on a tentative zoning ordinance, and to require that cities and villages follow similar procedures.
