To require a person convicted of assault, assault and battery, or domestic assault or assault and battery to pay the medical expenses incurred by the victim. The bill also requires persons filing a false report related to a domestic violence, assault, or assault and battery to reimburse the individual who had been falsely accused for the cost of defending against the false accusation.
