To repeal a state law that makes it a felony to incite Indian nations or members to violate peace treaties or disturb the peace and tranquility that exists with other Indian nations or tribes, or the United States; or to incite violations of any state or federal law by Indians. This is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 4514 and 4515.
