To prohibit buying a firearm with the intent to sell or furnish the gun to an unlicensed person or person under 18 years of age. This is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 4645 and 4646. The bills would also establish misdemeanor and felony sentences for violations, and felony sentences for subsequent violations.
