To prohibit health insurers from requiring referrals from a primary care physician as a condition of covering dermatological services otherwise covered under a policy, certificate, or contract. This bill is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 4777 and 4778. The bills would also require the prohibition to apply to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan.
