To require that Transportation Fund money used to pay for the commercial motor vehicles fuel tax credit be compensated from the general fund, and allow for reimbursement to local units for credits paid in the past. (The Michigan Transportation Fund is the portion of state fuel tax and license fees that is distributed to local governments).
