2001 House Bill 5165

To require that to qualify for the income tax credit proposed by House Bill 5153, the premarital or marital education or counseling program must be at least four hours long and include training in communication conflict resolution skills, financial matters, parenting responsibilities, and more. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of House Bills 5153, and 5164 to 5168.
