To prohibit a public school board member, school superintendent, principal, counselor, teacher, or any other person from changing a student's final exam or semester grade, unless the teacher who gave the grade is informed of the reasons, and concurs. If the teacher does not concur, he or she may request a review of the change by a panel composed of three teachers from the school, a school board member, and the superintendent or superintendent’s designee, none of whom may be the person seeking the grade change.
