To require disclosure to a potential auto buyer before a transaction that a car has been returned to the manufacturer under the “lemon law” of this or another state, or has been salvaged after being in a flood in another state. The bill would include the title “brand” from other states on the Michigan vehicle title. The “brands” can disclose certain information about the history of vehicle, which would then be available to any subsequent buyer.
