2001 Senate Bill 335

To require all children under four years of age to be secured in an approved car seat in the rear seat of a vehicle, delete the current exception to the car seat requirements for a child being nursed, and prohibit more passengers from riding in a vehicle than the number of available seat belts. The bill is part of a legislative package comprised of Senate Bills 333 to 336.
