To require regular community college elections to be held the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of odd-numbered years, and all other community college elections be held on either this day or on the fourth Tuesday in February, the first Tuesday after the first Monday in May, or the first Tuesday after the first Monday in August. The bill is part of a legislative election consolidation package comprised of Senate Bills 438 to 444, and Senate Bill 760.
