To require that money in the fire fighters training fund be restricted and cannot revert back to the general fund at the end of each fiscal year. The bill will also expand membership on the council to any government entity that that has established or recognizes an organization for the purposes of fire-fighting, prevention, and detection. In addition, the bill would broaden the definition of firefighter, define the definition of fire-fighter training and change the council's make-up of appointed members.
