To increase from three to four the number of judges in third division of the 52nd judicial district in Oakland County, which consists of the cities of Rochester, Auburn Hills, Rochester Hills, and Lake Angelus and the townships of Oxford, Addison, Orion, and Oakland, and decrease from four to three the number of judges in the 50th district, which consists of the city of Pontiac.
