To require an Internet service provider (ISP) to obtain certain basic identifying information from subscribers and provide it to and provide to law enforcement agencies with a warrant. An ISP would have to obtain one or more of the following from customers: Home or business telephone number, credit card number, telephone number of the computer modem.
