To expand the items to be included in an already mandated state natural resource inventory to include residential, commercial, industrial, transportation, communications, utilities, and open space features, and land subject to agricultural conservation easements. The bill also requires the state to assess long-term land use trends using data in the inventory, and at least every five years, to reassess land use and land cover trends.
