To authorize a 10 percent single business tax credit for costs incurred by companies that engage in "ecologically friendly activities,” including the use of renewable energy sources, the purchase of devices that improve energy efficiency, reductions of pollution and stormwater runoff, and other investments in “sustainable development to increase energy efficiency and reduce pollution”.
