To require the parties to a divorce action to attend an educational seminar on parenting responsibilities, the effects of divorce or separation on children, options for conflict resolution, and financial responsibilities. This would only apply if the parties are expecting or are already parents of minor children, and a judge could exempt a party for good cause.
